I just wanted to say how favourably impressed I have been today with Craig and Jo on your staff. I was troubled by a problem from another company whose neglect led to a delay in a small order, I was expecting for our conference later this week. Their relaxed, friendly but efficient help with my problem was very reassuring for me. It was a very small order and had to be cancelled because of the panic of a colleague of mine. It did not lead to anything but a very kind and professional understanding of my problem. I do hope that I will need your services again soon.
